The resistance to stress corrosion cracking can be improved by two - stage aging. Under annealing and hardening conditions, the plasticity is slightly lower than that of 2A12 in the same state, slightly better than that of 7A04, and the static fatigue of the plate. Notch sensitive, stress corrosion performance is better than 7A04, among which 7075-T651 state is particularly top quality, known as the best aluminum alloy products, high strength, far better than mild steel.
